A rare opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS business at exactly the right moment eCoachManager is the booking, dispatch, and back-office platform trusted by coach and bus operators across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. We're now investing seriously in our UK growth — and we're looking for one exceptional salesperson to lead it on the ground.
The timing matters. The market is moving. Operators are actively switching their management software, and they're switching to us. There is a genuine, time-limited window to win significant market share, and we want the right person in the driving seat to seize it.
This is not a desk job. This is a role for someone who already lives in the coach and bus world — who walks into an operator's yard and gets a warm welcome, who knows the people, the pressures, and the way the industry really works.
Who we're looking for
You're an experienced field salesperson who already sells into UK coach and bus operators. Maybe you sell tyres, telematics, insurance, vehicles, parts, finance, fuel cards, or trade advertising — it doesn't matter exactly what, as long as operators know you and trust you.
What matters is this:
- You have a proven track record in field sales — you know how to build a relationship and close a deal
- You already know the coach and bus industry from the supplier side
- You're comfortable on the road and happy to travel across the UK to meet operators face-to-face
- You're commercially sharp and self-motivated — you don't need someone standing over you
What you'll be doing
- Meeting coach and bus operators across the UK, face-to-face, building real relationships
- Demonstrating the eCoachManager platform and showing operators how it transforms their business
- Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract
- Representing eCoachManager at industry shows and events (including the major UK exhibitions)
- Feeding back what you learn on the road to help shape how we grow

The Role
This is a phone role. You will be making 30–50 answered outbound calls per day to coach and bus operators across the UK and Europe, working from a proven call script, and booking confirmed product demonstration appointments for our sales team.
You are not expected to conduct demos or sell the software in depth. Your job is to qualify interest and fill the sales calendar. Success is measured by one thing: qualified appointments delivered.

The Job
- 30–50 outbound calls per day to UK and European businesses
- Qualify prospects using a structured call script
- Book confirmed demo appointments into the sales team's calendar
- Log every call accurately in our CRM
- Learn our product so you can handle basic objections confidently
- Report daily activity and weekly appointment totals to the GM
