    • An email address serves as the unique identifier for each contact (Private Hire Customers, Accounts Customers, Users, Drivers, etc.)


  • I have a customer who likes to have his address on the invoice and quotes that I send. Can I add such details to my customer records?

    • Yes, you can edit customer records. Go to Contacts >>> Customers.


  • Will I be notified by my eCM system if my customer confirms a booking?

    • If the invoice for a job is not visible in your accounting software, it's likely due to the customer being an account customer.
