Role Purpose
This is an outbound new business role. You will own a market — either the UK or Australia, depending on the shift pattern agreed at offer stage — and be responsible for building and closing a pipeline of coach and bus operators from cold outreach through to signed contract and first invoice. You are a hunter. Warm leads from our Appointment Setter team are a supplement, not the plan. The expectation is that you are generating as much opportunity as you are converting. Full product and market training is provided.

Responsibilities
Prospecting & Pipeline
- Build your own pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, and direct prospecting
- Identify and reach decision makers within target operator businesses
- Progress qualified leads from the Appointment Setter alongside your own independent outreach
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records at every stage
Discovery & Demonstration
- Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand each prospect’s operation and priorities
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations via video call, connecting capability to customer need
- Handle objections on price, timing, and competitive alternatives with confidence
Negotiation & Close
- Prepare and present commercial proposals covering pricing, contract terms, and timelines
- Negotiate and close deals — issuing the agreement, first invoice, and handover to onboarding
- Own the full cycle. No passing the baton at the difficult stage.
Reporting & Intelligence
- Report weekly on pipeline health, activity metrics, and forecast to the General Manager
- Feed market and competitor intelligence back into the business on an ongoing basis
What We Are Looking For
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proven track record in outbound B2B sales — pipeline built from scratch, not inbound queues
- Demonstrable experience managing a full sales cycle from cold outreach to close
- Comfortable picking up the phone to someone not expecting your call and turning it into a qualified conversation
- Excellent spoken and written English — clear and credible with UK and Australian audiences
- Self-directed, target-driven, and able to structure your own working day
- Competent with CRM tools and standard sales technology
Desirable
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to SME businesses
- Familiarity with the transport, fleet, or logistics sector in the UK or Australia
- Prior experience working across international time zones in a distributed team
Compensation & Benefits
| On-Target Earnings | THB 60,000 – 120,000 per month |
| Commission | Competitive % of MRR per closed account — confirmed at interview |
| Work Permit | Full Thai work permit — provided and sponsored |

| Training | Full product, process, and market induction on joining |
