Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in our Thailand office. The primary responsibility of this role will be to drive sales of our SaaS products, including our new vehicle maintenance system, to potential customers in the UK market through proactive phone-based outreach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, a strong understanding of the sales process, and excellent communication skills tailored for the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads within the UK coach and bus operator market.
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and email campaigns to prospective customers.
- Present and demonstrate our SaaS products (ecoachmanager.com, donttravelempty.com, and the vehicle maintenance system) effectively via phone and online meetings.
- Understand customer needs and pain points, and articulate how our solutions can address them.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.1
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback and contribute to sales strategies.
- Represent the company professionally and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a significant portion in SaaS sales.
- Demonstrable experience in phone-based sales and conducting outbound call campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of the UK business culture and communication nuances.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience selling software or services to the transport, fleet management, or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with the specific challenges and needs of coach and bus operators.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of new software features and products.
Working Hours:
Must be amenable to working hours that align with the UK business day.
