How much does eCoachManager cost?
ECM is priced by fleet size, not per user — so your whole team can access the system without licence costs multiplying as you grow. Pricing is available on request and we’ll confirm the right package for your operation in a free demo.
Is there a minimum contract term?
We offer flexible arrangements to suit operators of different sizes. Monthly and annual options are available — annual plans come with a discount. There’s no obligation to commit before you’ve seen the system working.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
We handle data import and onboarding as part of getting you live. Any implementation costs will be confirmed upfront — no surprises.
How long does it take to go live?
Most operators are fully operational within a few weeks of signing up. We import your existing data, configure the system to your workflows, and walk your team through it before you go live.
Can you import our existing bookings and customer data?
Yes. We can import data from spreadsheets and most common formats. If you’re switching from another platform, talk to us and we’ll assess what’s transferable.
Do we need to be technical to use ECM?
No. ECM is designed for operators and their office teams, not IT departments. If you can use email and a browser, you can use ECM.
What does eCoachManager actually do?
ECM handles the full job lifecycle — quoting, booking confirmation, driver allocation, vehicle scheduling, customer communications, and invoicing — from a single system. It also includes a driver app for job assignments and real-time updates.
Do you offer vehicle maintenance tracking?Yes, via our Vehicle Maintenance System (VMS) module. VMS tracks service history, MOTs, defect reporting, and proactive maintenance scheduling. It can run standalone or integrated with ECM.
Can multiple team members use the system at the same time?
Yes — ECM is cloud-based and supports unlimited concurrent users. There is no per-seat pricing.
Does ECM work on mobile?
The platform is browser-based and accessible on any device. Drivers use a dedicated app for job sheets, check-ins, and messaging.
What integrations do you support?
ECM integrates with a range of GPS/telematics providers and accounting platforms. Speak to us about your current tech stack, and we’ll confirm compatibility.
Is my data secure?
ECM is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure and holds Cyber Essentials certification. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We maintain a full audit trail of user activity within the system.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored on Google Cloud servers in the UK and Australia. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Do you have a data retention policy?
Yes. Our Data Retention and Disposal Policy is available on request.
What support do you offer after I go live?
You’ll have access to our UK-based technical support team, a knowledge base, training resources, and an AI-powered chatbot for quick queries. We also offer structured onboarding training for your team.
What are your support hours?
Our support team operates during UK and AU business hours. Enhanced contact arrangements are available for enterprise accounts.
We use another system — is it worth switching?
