Free Low Emissions Bus Workshop

The LowCVP, was established in the UK in 2003 and is a combination of public-private entities that were set up to accelerate a sustainable shift to lower carbon vehicles and fuels. In 2017 nearly 200 organisations have joined Low CVP from diverse industries.

LowCVP hope to educate and promote their message through seminars, lectures, events, workshops, conferences and numerous initiatives. Regular press releases inform of the latest technologies concerned in lower carbon emissions and the resource library of LowCVP is informative and constructive.

Projects

The LowCVP has many projects including: a bus working group, passenger car working group, fuels working group, commercial vehicle working group, joint working projects and a transport energy task force.

Free Low Emission Bus Workshop

The Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership is set to host its second Low Emission Bus Workshop of 2017, in partnership with the West Yorkshire Combined Authority at the University of Leeds Business School on 11th of July.

The workshop is aimed at small bus operators and also local authorities and hopes to share actual real operational experiences to educate delegates about low carbon and low emission bus fuels and technologies.

It will also give attendees the chance to meet up with fuel suppliers and technology manufacturers to hold in depth discussions, together with receiving a free copy of LowCVP’s Low Emission Bus Guide.
