The customer agrees to undertake a full trial of eCoach Manager for a period of 6 months. After this time if the customer no longer wishes to continue with the system then Voova Group will refund 100% of the monthly fees paid to date, subject to the terms below ( The initial setup fee is non refundable.)
Terms:
- That the customer and their appropriate staff, will undertake full training regarding the use of the system and any subsequent training required to ensure full understanding of the eCoach Manager system and its benefits.
- The customer agrees to promote the use of the system amongst staff and any subsidiaries of the parent company.
- The customer agrees to utilise all areas of functionality regarding the system during the trial, this includes any new features that may be introduced during the trial period. (Exemptions may be agreed where the customers business either has no clear requirement or the facility to fully use an area of functionality)
- The customer agrees to a monthly online feedback/update meeting.
Should the customer decide at the end of the 6 month period that the use of eCoach Manager will not be continued, before the refund can be processed the customer will supply The Voova Group with full details of their reasons for non continuance with the system and an evaluation as to the benefits experienced and any recommendations for improvement.
